1. Nama, alamat, telefon nombor dan email.

2. Berikan ukuran labuh, dada, punggung, bahu dan labuh tangan.
3. Nyatakan kod lace yg di pilih. Seboleh2 nya berikan 2 pilihan sebab kemungkinan lace tak cukup.

Harga hanya RM 300 A-line dan RM 330 umbrella cut.
