At Muslimahabaya we stand behind the quality of our garments and are pleased to offer a 45 day money back guarantee to all our customers. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way simply return the unworn item hassle-free within 45 days of the date it was shipped to you for a refund of the purchase price.

Things to Note:
·         Only applicable to certain product
·         The original shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
·         Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred to ship their garment back to us.
·         If is Imported product, customer has to pay the shipping charges incurred to ship the garment.
·         Your return must be received within 45 days of the date the order was shipped in order for a refund to be processed. Returns that are received after the 45-day period will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
·         When you receive your item, check it thoroughly for any defects and then try it on in front of a mirror or get the opinion of a friend or family-member. Only when you are completely happy with the product and intend to keep it should you wear the garment outside or wash it. Unwanted items should be returned in the same condition and packaging that they were purchased in.
·         In order to avoid returns, please check your size carefully using our size chart, which explains how to measure yourself and what the correct size is for your general body measurements and for each particular garment. 
·         We do not accept refunds or exchanges for garments that have been hemmed or modified by us at the request of the customer.
·         We do not issue refunds on items that have been worn, damaged or altered by the customer. If we receive any returns that have signs of wear or are damaged/altered, the return will not be processed and the customer will be required to pay the necessary shipping costs to have the item returned to them.
·         All items purchased on clearance are final sale and therefore returns will not be accepted on clearance items.

How to Place a Return:
1.       Email us at to get a return authorization number. Please include your invoice number, item being returned/exchanged, and the reason for the return (i.e.: item too small, etc). You must request your authorization number within the 45 day period in order to receive an authorization number.
2.       You will be sent an authorization number within 24 hours in addition to a Return form and instructions on where to ship your item. Fill out the form and re-package the item including the Return form. Please make sure your return is packaged in materials that will prevent it from coming into contact with any dust, dirt, or liquids during shipping.
3.       Ship your item to the return address provided.
